Born and raised in Christchurch, I began my recruitment career here in New Zealand before heading to London for what became a 15-year overseas adventure. My time in the UK shaped much of my professional outlook, particularly during my 10 years with global recruitment firm Robert Walters, where I led Financial Services recruitment and later stepped into a leadership role in their Recruitment Outsourcing division, partnering with large organisations on scalable, tech-enabled talent solutions.
In 2020, I moved in-house to lead Talent Acquisition for Uswitch.com and Confused.com – two fast-paced, digital-first businesses – working within their parent company RVU. This role deepened my experience in tech-driven recruitment and gave me a front-row seat to innovation in action.
Returning to Christchurch in 2024 with my wife and two young daughters, I led Seequent’s global Talent Acquisition function before joining Brannigans to head up our Executive Recruitment practice. I bring an international perspective, a strong grounding in both agency and in-house environments, and a passion for helping organisations attract the leadership talent they need to evolve and grow.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me introducing my daughters (6 and 3) to the best of the Kiwi lifestyle, from mountains to beaches and everything in between.
