I believe the greatest asset for any business is their people and I pride myself on being able to find great people solutions for my clients. I began my career in corporate America working for one of the Fortune 200 companies across a wide variety of positions including customer service programme manager, store manager, and training specialist. Perhaps you’ve heard of Starbucks? Without formalising it, my 20 years experience with the brand has prepared me very well for my current work here with Brannigans and the New Zealand market. I’ve had the chance to hone my skills in strategic and operational HR, boots-on-the-ground management, continuous problem solving, culture and team building, and workshop facilitation.

I am one of Brannigans’ People Consultants, able to help your business solve almost any Human Resource problem. I am also a Leadership Development coach which means I do a lot of work helping people to closely align their life choices with their personal values. Through doing this, people find their goals are naturally easier to achieve because they are inherently motivating. I facilitate workshops for CV writing and interview skills as well as sessions to create an organisation’s vision and mission. I’ve also had incredible experiences working as a member of a client’s teams for short-term projects. I enjoy meeting and working with new teams and assisting them to meet their business objectives. As you may have guessed, I’m very passionate about what I do!

As a recent transplant from the United States in 2014, my husband and I spend all of our free time in our two-berth campervan exploring all the nooks and crannies of the South Island.
