Fast forward many years, and back in Auckland, I have had the privilege of starting up, working in, and leading recruitment agencies as well as in-house Talent Acquisition functions for high-profile global organisations. My agency experience spans executive, accounting and finance, sales, marketing, and communications roles. On the in-house side, I have worked across sectors including government, tourism, science, construction, banking, engineering, and even space! A significant part of my career has been dedicated to research, search, and recruitment for New Zealand organisations expanding globally, handling executive, specialist, and technical appointments in markets such as Asia, the UK, the EU, and the USA.
I am passionate about connecting the right people with the right organisations. My approach is driven by a commitment to finding the best solutions to recruitment challenges, characterised by authenticity and commercial insight. Outside of work, I prioritise family, maintain a dedicated fitness regimen, and strive to lead a healthy lifestyle. Although my creative pursuits have taken a backseat, I remain an avid supporter of Auckland’s vibrant arts scene, frequently visiting galleries, theatres, and live music venues.
