I have over ten years’ experience as an employment lawyer and in employment relations. I provide specialist advice and support to employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including workplace policies and employment agreements, disciplinary and performance processes, restructures, and other employment-related issues.
I also have experience in conducting fact-based investigations into serious workplace matters involving employees, such as bullying and harassment.
