I have held senior roles across Aotearoa and Australia, including General Manager – People & Development at Ngāi Tahu, Culture & Capability Manager at RAGT, OD Manager at IAG, and most recently I was the Head of People at Citycare Property. I always look for innovative, and practical ways to help businesses work smarter, not harder.
Outside of HR, I have a passion for governance and am currently the Presiding Member of St Mark’s Integrated Anglican School, a Trustee of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, and an Executive Committee Member for Women on Boards. I previously chaired The Period Place and was the HRNZ Canterbury Branch President.
