My approach as a People Consultant at Brannigans is to build long-lasting relationships with clients. I am focussed on partnering with leaders to articulate their vision in a way which will resonate with candidates within the ever-evolving landscape of Executive and Governance Recruitment. I aim to provide clear communication at each stage of the process along with sourcing and selecting across diverse industries so organisations achieve their strategic goals and candidates find careers which enable them to do their best work.
What motivates me at Brannigans is an internal culture dedicated to connecting the right people together. Our team synergy is a compelling driver for my own professional development and I am always looking for creative ways to keep a pulse on industry trends, market demands and emerging talent. My background as a classical ballet dancer in France for 11 years is unique and as a natural storyteller I have the creative confidence to craft an effective recruitment strategy for clients who want to stand out from the crowd.
I am always open to meeting new people and expanding my network to shape the trajectory of individuals and organisations. When I returned home in 2020 to complete an MBA at the University of Canterbury, I was excited to reconnect with family and the city I grew up in. I have a special interest in contributing towards the development of Christchurch as my great-great-grandmother was one of the early pioneers to traverse the Bridle Path. When I reflect on her journey, I am reminded of the many improbable journeys which have transformed our city over time based on connections between people and place.
