We are seeking expressions of interest for a Non-Executive Director to join the BCL Board of Directors. This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter for a business that is deeply embedded in its community, while contributing to the ITM network’s continued success.

To succeed in this role you will be a strategic thinker and active contributor at the Board table, supporting the growth and future direction for BCL.
We are seeking candidates who bring diverse skills and experience, with a preference for those with expertise in one of more of the following areas;
- Strong governance experience and able to guide succession transition
- Ideally Chair experience
- Skilled at facilitating capability building across the executive and wider team
- Local market understanding and customer insight exposure
- Strong commercial acumen and appreciation of co-operative values
- Preferably experience in building, construction or manufacturing
