Due to continued growth, TM Covers are looking for a motivated and personable Receptionist to join their Nelson team.

Working closely with the sales and workshop teams, you will play an important role in keeping things running smoothly – from welcoming customers and responding to enquiries through to processing orders, updating systems and supporting the wider team. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing great service, is organised and reliable, and takes pride in getting the details right. You will be comfortable juggling a range of tasks, communicating with different people and using technology and systems to support your work. Most importantly, you will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to be part of a team where everyone pitches in. 

You don’t need to come from a trades background – what matters most is your approach, your ability to build great relationships and your willingness to understand TM Covers’ products and customers. You will be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to continue developing your administration, customer service and product knowledge.
