Ember Technology is now looking for a pragmatic, people focused Client Partnerships & Technology Manager to lead technical excellence, strengthen key client partnerships, and help shape the next stage of growth. You will provide leadership to Ember Technology’s Infrastructure Team, which delivers IT support, cyber security and account management to 300 clients across NZ and Australia. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with delivery, inspire talented specialists and build lasting client relationships while ensuring practical, innovative technology solutions.
As a senior leader, a key focus of this role is to build team cohesion, celebrate success and support the development of talented individuals. You will ensure the team is accountable for a high standard of service delivery. This will require supporting continuous improvement and championing Ember Technology’s naturally simple approach.
You will be comfortable engaging with clients at a senior level when required, ensuring you’re your team has translated business needs into smart technical direction, and partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions that ensure every client receives the world-class experience Ember Technology is known for.
This opportunity will suit an experienced leader who is comfortable working with technical people. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence. You’ll be strategic, commercially minded and pragmatic, with proven success leading teams and building strong client relationships. You will also help define the future direction of Ember Technology’s technical capability, developing a clear roadmap that aligns emerging technologies, client needs and commercial opportunities with the company’s long term strategy.
