We partner with fantastic clients in the Te Tau Ihu region across a range of industries and locations. We’re currently looking for a proactive and experienced Administrator to help our client in a diverse role providing day to day administrative support to the team including:
- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining the CRM, electronic document management system, intranet, and meetings register to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating staff training, including organising venues, managing bookings, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Processing purchase orders and assisting with accounts administration.
- Updating policies, procedures, registers, website content, and intranet information.
- Delivering seamless meeting and workshop support—from preparing meeting packs and room set-up to technical assistance, recording actions, filing, and pack-down.
