This senior commercial leadership role focuses on translating operational activity into financial insight and driving performance across vessels, factories, and product portfolios. You will act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership, delivering clear, data-led insights to inform pricing, production, and strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead divisional performance analysis, identifying margin drivers and providing insights to support pricing, quota, and operational decision-making
- Own management reporting, financial integrity, and driver-based P&L frameworks, including product costing and trip reporting
- Enhance reporting, systems, and data quality (D365, Power BI)
- Partner with operational leaders to drive performance discussions and strengthen financial accountability
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting, aligning KPIs with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and manage commercial risks, including oversight of insurance and internal controls
What you will bring:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in commercial finance or business partnering
- Experience in manufacturing, primary industry or operational environments
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- ERP/BI experience (D365 and Power BI preferred)
