About the Role
As GymMaster enters its next phase of growth, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the Oceania region and play a pivotal role in shaping team performance, customer outcomes and long term commercial success. Reporting to the CEO, the Regional General Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Customer Care and Software Development. This is a hands-on leadership role, with genuine ownership to shape strategy, lift team capability and drive sustainable revenue growth. Customer focus will be central. You will partner with customers and internal teams to improve their experience and inform product development.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring proven commercial leadership experience, ideally gained in a customer led, growth oriented business. SaaS or technology experience would be valuable but not essential. Highly collaborative, you will have the ability to lead across diverse operational functions and use data, customer insight and team feedback to identify opportunities and improve the customer experience. Just as importantly, you will bring the judgement and empathy required to maintain positive team engagement in a fast moving environment, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
