The Opportunity
As a Non-Executive Director, you will assist in long term planning and provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to the executive team, contributing to overall vision and growth, while delivering on its shareholders aspirations for the organisation.
Expressions of interest from potential Non-Executive Directors are now being sought. To succeed in this position, you will leverage existing governance experience with a growth oriented mindset, be an active participant around the Board table and have a strong appreciation for best practice in a high growth and dynamic environment.
Corde is seeking skill diversity on its Board, with a preference given to candidates with experience in some, or all, of the following areas:
- Existing governance experience
- Stakeholder engagement and communication capability
- Council Controlled Organisation or public sector exposure
- Appreciation of the Selwyn district
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Digital or innovation exposure
- Infrastructure and construction experience
