The Role
Located in Albany, this newly created role reports to the General Manager and will shape and lead the marketing function and the brand, driving initiatives that support sales and business growth, and generate demand. In this role you will strengthen the brand across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. Leading campaigns from concept to execution, you will identify opportunities, create clear briefs, and ensure campaigns meet business objectives and exceed expectations.
You will also lead the messaging and content creation, developing materials that support the sales team and engage customers. You will collaborate with external agencies and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and maintain a high standard of consistency and quality.
This role leads website direction and performance, ensures alignment with campaigns, tracks performance, and identifies successes and areas for improvement. You will contribute to strengthening the internal culture and brand presence, raising marketing standards across all activities.
Your Experience & Skills
Ideally you will demonstrate relevant commercial marketing experience and a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field. You will demonstrate experience in collaborating with sales and external agencies or suppliers. The ability to generate innovative ideas and turn them into clear, actionable plans is required, as is strong written communication skills to convey messages that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
You will be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. You will be able to design and deliver marketing outcomes, driving results while maintaining attention to detail. The ability to work in an autonomous, sole position, handling all levels of tasks, is a requirement for this role, as is the willingness to take ownership of, and grow, the marketing presence.
