About the role
With an established inbound led growth model and a clear opportunity to further scale recurring revenue, BoardPro is now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for designing, optimising and scaling BoardPro’s revenue engine. You will own the commercial performance of the full customer lifecycle, from inbound demand to onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion and long term value through actioning customer insights.
You will be accountable for revenue operations, performance marketing, sales and customer success, ensuring strong alignment across these functions to optimise funnel performance and deliver predictable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in senior revenue, growth, strategy or commercial leadership roles within a SaaS, technology or digital first business, with accountability for improving recurring revenue performance and leading a high performing team.

Hands-on capability with revenue systems, data infrastructure, automation and reporting tools will be important but just as critical is your ability to communicate and act on complex revenue insights, while influencing across marketing, sales, customer success, product, data and leadership teams.
