About the Role
Based at the Solander site in Richmond this is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily production operations, support a team and ensure products are processed, packed and delivered to exacting quality and export standards. • Strong leadership capability and a collaborative, team-focused approach
  • A practical mindset with sound problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of production planning, logistics and compliance requirements
  • Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Relevant qualifications in food technology, manufacturing or supply chain would be valued, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

If you enjoy leading teams, improving systems and being part of a proudly New Zealand success story, we would love to hear from you.
