They have an opportunity for a motivated administration superstar to support the Office Manager and wider team.
They are looking for a switched-on administrator to cover parental leave for up to 12 months, starting early to mid-June. Based in their modern, fresh offices in Annesbrook, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via phone and email, processing job orders quickly and accurately and setting up new clients. In addition, you will assist with general administration to support the smooth running of the office and provide backup support to the office management team.
To succeed in this role, you have prior administration experience, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to navigate the job management system (SimPRO). You will have strong communication and client relationship-building skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage various incoming job requests through different channels. The role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and understand the broader business processes. Naturally, you have a great phone manner, are a team player, and enjoy contributing to a positive work culture.
