The Role
The Joinery Detailer & Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating and project managing the production and delivery of a range of bespoke joinery projects, from confirmed order through to manufacturing and final installation. Working in a team of four Coordinators, each manage their own projects, with close support from the wider team. In this role you will produce detailed joinery manufacturing drawings, plan and coordinate the project across designers, suppliers, production, and installation teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
Your Skills and Experience
- Preferably have knowledge and experience in kitchen/joinery detailing, ideally with a relevant qualification
- Demonstrate an understanding of joinery methods, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Able to interpret and produce detailed joinery drawings and support modifications
- Be proficient in computer (design) software or a strong interest and willingness to learn
- Able to oversee manufacturing, assembly, painting and installation stages, from design to installation, of multiple joinery projects
- Strong project planning and time management skills
- Good relationship building and communication skills with internal teams, external supplier and clients
- Practical problem solving, solutions-focused mindset
