We are currently seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. This flexible role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and defining key metrics for an organisation’s reporting dashboard. You will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and H&S teams to gather the necessary data and develop insights. The project will have a particular focus on diversity and inclusion, making it a great opportunity for those passionate about these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to scope and define metrics for the client’s dashboard for ELT and Board reporting.
- Liaise with various departments (Finance, Payroll, HR, and H&S) to gather and analyse data.
- Ensure data is presented effectively and accurately to support decision-making.
- Contribute to a project with a strong diversity and inclusion focus.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Analyst or data reporting role.
- Expertise in setting up reporting templates using Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across a range of stakeholders.
