About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of executive and governance search assignments. Partnering with our Executive Recruitment Consultants you will translate client requirements into an intelligent research strategy, market mapping, and proactive candidate engagement, ultimately helping create outstanding candidate longlists and successful appointments for our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Market mapping & research: Conduct deep, structured market mapping to identify high-calibre executive and governance talent in niche or competitive markets, often finding the exceptional candidate others may overlook
- Proactive candidate engagement: Approach passive candidates, brief them on opportunities, assess alignment, and convert interest into active applications
- Briefing insights & documentation: Turn client meeting insights into high-quality candidate briefing materials and role adverts
- Search support: Provide market insights and structured comparative information to support shortlist decisions
- CRM & continuous improvement: Maintain strong data quality and contribute to improving candidate engagement and our research processes
About you
We’re open-minded about your background and are more interested in capability. You may be an emerging professional (including a post-graduate) looking to build a career in executive search, or an experienced professional with transferable skills from research, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder-facing roles.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- A passion for people with the ability to foster relationships and trust in a commercial environment
- Commercial confidence and communication skills – you’re not afraid to connect with and build credibility quickly with senior professionals
- Strong writing capability, with the ability produce high-quality candidate-facing documentation
- High attention to detail, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Strong systems capability across CRM and AI tools, with sound judgement and discretion
