About the role
You will be critical to accelerating Lentune’s market expansion across New Zealand & Australia. Engaging directly with Managing Directors and senior decision‑makers of commercial construction businesses, you will build credibility and interest, culminating in progressing high-quality opportunities to demo stage.
This is a senior pre-sales role, not a closing role. Success is measured by the quality and consistency of demos booked for the Sales Manager and not by deals closed directly.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years’ experience in or adjacent to the commercial construction industry (e.g. construction supply, materials, tools, trade services, or similar industry-facing roles)
  • Proven outbound sales experience and confidence with cold outreach
  • Comfort in engaging Managing Directors, business owners and senior leaders, with the ability to hold your own in strategic, commercial conversations
  • Existing industry relationships are advantageous, or the credibility to build them quickly
  • Strong commercial judgement, such as the ability to uncover pain points, prioritise opportunities and articulate ROI
  • Willingness to be coached, take feedback constructively and continually refine your approach
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot experience helpful but not essential)
