As an Electronics Technician at Flightcell, your role is to join a diligent team of technicians and engineers to:
- Test, repair, and assemble a range of hardware products, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and are ready for dispatch to their global customer base.
- Inspect and check incoming circuit boards and components from suppliers, testing and diagnosing any faults.
- Ensure documentation and SOPs are developed and kept up to date, and that quality control requirements, including the company’s ISO 9001 quality system, are maintained and followed.
- Repair any returned hardware and assemble and test the final products.
- Train staff in assembly and testing.
Ideally, you have experience from a related communications technology or electronics industry, and you will possess the following skills:
- Assembly and/or testing of electronic components or circuit boards.
- Excellent communicator.
- Detail-focused and prepares accurate documentation.
- Leadership skills are preferred.
