Our Client:
Eliot Sinclair is a dynamic, consulting firm with over 90 years of expertise in delivering integrated engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental services across Te Waipounamu (New Zealand’s South Island). From humble beginnings as a surveying practice, they’ve grown into a trusted partner for clients ranging from individual property owners to major developers, guiding projects from initial concept through to completion. Eliot Sinclair’s mission is simple yet ambitious: to streamline complex development processes, foster innovative solutions, and create enduring communities where people can live, work, and thrive, all while prioritising sustainability and ethical practices.
With offices in Christchurch, Nelson, Queenstown, and beyond, they serve diverse sectors including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, rural projects, and coastal infrastructure, all while building strong relationships with iwi, councils, and stakeholders.
