The Opportunity
With our continued growth in providing specialised HR services, it is timely for Intepeople to bring a new talented individual into our team to help change the future of HR consulting with a dynamic, commercial and contemporary approach.
Based on this we have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and strategic HR business individual. This role is all about growing and building deep client networks and relationships through providing contemporary strategic, specialist and operational advice.
This role will be based in either our Christchurch or Nelson office and have the collaboration and support of the wider team based throughout Aotearoa.
About You
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and experienced HR professional who wants to take a senior role and be at the forefront of HR consulting.
For this role to be right for you, you will need to bring a passion and energy for adding real value to an organisation with your forward thinking and pragmatic approach, an understanding of the commercial world and realities, exceptional client relationships skills and ideally be well networked. Of course, you will also have proven experience across a range of sectors in providing senior HR & ER advice and ideally have a specialism, such as, workplace investigations.
