As the business enters its next chapter, Hunter’s is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its presence across New Zealand and international markets. The Role:
Hunter’s Wines is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead sales, strengthening brand presence, building long-term partnerships and supporting continued growth across domestic and international markets.

You will develop and implement sales strategies across these key regions, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and represent Hunter’s during trade events and market visits. You will also contribute to pricing strategy, market insights and selected marketing initiatives, including PR, social media and promotional activity. The role includes regular domestic travel and up to six weeks of international travel per year.

About You:
You will be a self-starter with proven experience in wine sales and relationship management. Hunter’s key markets include on-premise and independent retail; existing national and international relationships in these channels will be highly regarded. You will bring strong business development and account management skills, commercial acumen and the flexibility to operate across multiple markets. The ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and the Hunter’s team will be key to success.
