About the Role
We’re seeking a Port Services Manager to lead our frontline team in Picton, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across a busy and diverse port. This newly created role oversees port security (CCTV monitoring, ID checks, compliance), manages Picton Harbour Radio, and works closely with internal teams and agencies such as Customs, MPI, and Police. You’ll also play a key role in emergency planning and incident response.
About you
You thrive in dynamic environments and can confidently lead and collaborate with others. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You take a practical approach to managing risk and are comfortable using digital tools. Experience in operational settings and knowledge of relevant regulations would be an advantage.
