The Role
Reporting to the GM People and Culture, you will lead a high performing team responsible for delivering the full people agenda across Alliance, from organisational development and talent acquisition through to employee engagement, learning and development, employee relations and industrial relations.
This pivotal role blends strategy with delivery. You will shape and implement people initiatives that drive engagement, enable capability and foster a culture of high performance across our national operations. A key focus will be on building strong relationships with leaders and union partners, championing our values and embedding ways of working that help our people and business thrive.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be an accomplished People and Culture leader with demonstrated experience within a manufacturing environment and have strengths and experience across strategic HR partnering, employment and industrial relations and organisational development. You will bring a collaborative, solutions focused mindset and proven ability to engage and influence at senior leadership and Board level.
Your commercial acumen, authenticity and leadership capability will see you empower your team and our people leaders to create an environment where talent can flourish and performance excels.
