The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the coordination of sales and marketing strategy and tactical delivery, collaborating with regional leads and cross-functional teams to ensure they have the insight and resources to deliver sustained revenue growth and consistent brand experience. Regional Business Development Leads will indirectly report to you along with the Virtual Marketing Officer to support the enablement of growth and marketing plans.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially focused and strategically minded professional who thrives in a growth environment, ideally with proven experience growing technical or services-focused businesses across international markets. You will be able to translate insight into action, building effective go-to-market sales and marketing strategies that enable regional teams to thrive.
Being outcome-driven, you will combine analytical rigour, discipline with creativity to deliver measurable sales enablement, partnering with Groundline’s regional offices and teams to lift brand presence, strengthen customer relationships and achieve business growth.
