In this newly created role, reporting to the General Manager, Strategy and Growth, you will work collaboratively on strategic growth initiatives and execute the development of the primary customer partnership goals of Citycare Property. Social infrastructure is the primary focus of Citycare Property and, to this end, you will be responsible for developing key relationships within the education, health, defence and emergency services and social housing sectors. This will include identifying large scale contract opportunities, relationship development and tender management. This is a key role to successfully position and generate new business opportunities amongst new customers. You will develop and lead the execution of key account management plans and collaborate on marketing and communication initiatives linked to business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will have a demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships by effectively communicating information and concepts to a broad range of stakeholders. You will have tactical strategy delivery and business planning experience in a similar or parallel role. Alternatively, you may work in the above mentioned sectors and be seeking a change in direction with strong business growth and engagement skills, along with an innovative and forward-thinking approach.
