You will have a good overview of all products, services and how the business operates and continuously strive to provide quality solutions and create and maintain efficiencies in all areas. Additionally, you will liaise with the Sales Team regarding future work/projects to be assigned to the Service Team and coordinate after hours work.   To succeed in this role, you will need to have your finger on the pulse and by doing so, enable Computer Culture to deliver excellence.
