A key element of this role is to identify and understand IT requirements and problem solve to deliver effective solutions. You will have a proven ability to build trust and work confidently with customers. You will have advanced trouble-shooting and fault investigation expertise, as well as a security first approach to design and implementation.  You will understand the TCP/IP networking stack including wireless, advanced Office 365 management including Exchange, SharePoint and Teams.  Also required is advanced Windows Desktop and Server administration along with automation and scripting experience. You will have the ability to analyse and make robust decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and cost. Additionally, you will have proven mentoring experience to develop and support System Engineers and Technicians as well as the ability to contribute to product development and assist in growing our product offering. A relevant tertiary qualification in computer science or related discipline and significant industry experience and knowledge is imperative. To ApplyThis role has a strong emphasis on service excellence.
