Reporting to the Managing Director, you will enjoy working as part of an inside sales team, selling via phone and email. You will be responsible for sales planning and execution, finding new business opportunities, and following up on leads and referrals in order to proactively convert opportunities to sales. This role involves building and managing customer relationships over the phone and email and ensuring satisfaction by delivering a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for using the CRM to ensure accurate sales records and reports are captured and recorded to support your sales activities.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in closing sales deals over the phone in a sales or telemarketing role. You will be a highly enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent time management skills. Critical to your success will be your ability to quickly build rapport, and identify and close new business. In addition, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as past experience with CRM systems.
