We are seeking a superstar all-rounder to provide high level sales administration for ZEND. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for preparing professional sales documents and presentations. You will also be required to support the sales team to ensure that priorities are being managed and that action items are being followed up.
In addition, you will manage the customer on-boarding process and ensure that all customer and sales information and reporting are accurately recorded in the relevant CRM systems. You will also be responsible for the management of ZEND’s website and social media.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic, friendly, and flexible individual with a can-do attitude. You will have excellent relationship building skills and be able to easily build rapport with customers, team members and other stakeholders. You will be IT savvy and able to work to deadlines, as well as having a high level of professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in a sales role, marketing experience, and/or experience with CRM systems are advantageous but more important will be your proactive, hard-working personality and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
