Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading the Auckland region you will have the responsibility to lead operations, contract performance, productivity, and profitability for Citycare Water. You will be working closely with existing clients in the effective management of maintenance contracts while promoting sustainable growth within the regions.
You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 120 with a focus on building a culture of high performance, while ensuring company strategy, values, and performance expectations are met.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in these roles, you will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and operational leadership ideally within the horizontal or vertical infrastructure environment. You will be a respected leader who can demonstrate experience developing a high performing culture within a large workforce.
In addition you will possess the ability to build strong internal and external relationships through your interpersonal skills. You will likely have a relevant qualification; however this is not essential for a person with strong experience and a creative mindset.
