In addition, you will be responsible for project budgets, tenders and cost management, and ensure on site compliance to health and safety requirements. Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will ideally have an engineering, project management or trade qualification, with capital works experience, and be knowledgeable in a range of related projects, whether civil, 3 Waters or building restoration. You will be technically competent, use project management methodology and have completed a range of relevant projects to a high standard, within budget and on time to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ability to work cooperatively, manage contractors and demonstrate excellent customer service skills will be as important as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage timelines.
