Reporting to Group General Manager our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to control and oversee projects relating to the design, construction and installation of commercial and industrial projects in New Zealand. You will manage construction projects ensuring successful project delivery including monitoring project progress, quality and costs, and liaising with stakeholders to manage key relationships. This role involves creating project controls, methodologies and documentation, delivering HSE systems and processes, and oversight of construction related finances and budgets.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have project management and leadership experience, technical skills and knowledge delivery methodology. You will be organised and work collaboratively with others and have the ability to develop strong commercial relationships through effective communication, planning and resource management to deliver quality commercial outcomes.
