This newly created part time position will report to the Managing Trustee with the key task of leveraging their productivity. Duties will vary from PA support, meeting agendas, minutes and calendar support, and preparing and collating Board reports. You will also be responsible for overseeing payroll, GST returns, and providing general accounts support for the small team. In addition, you will support marketing activities and provide general administration support to the team as required.
Your Skills and Experience
Maintaining a professional approach at all times will be critical to your success in this role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently whilst not compromising on attention to detail. You will have strong computer skills, particularly with experience using the MS Suite and XERO. You will ideally have experience in a similar role. You will have the option of flexible working hours and be working within an organisation where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference.
