You will have past successes in a management role with a strong focus on operations and inventory management. Great relationship building skills and proven experience managing teams and performance is essential. You will be detail focused with the ability to make decisions in a busy environment and have a flexible approach to be able to roll with situations as they occur. An understanding of domestic and international logistics is advantageous for this role, while a working understanding of health and safety is essential.Coolpak only employ good sorts, so you will need to be one and have a great sense of humour.
