This role involves extensive and regular driving throughout the South Island, away several days and nights a week, with 80% of your time out in the field with Drivers, Customers, Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers. Consistently delivering a market leading service, you will maintain and support a high performance culture through planning and execution of resources, leading and motivating the team of Drivers, managing productive relationships and maintaining industry compliance standards across the fleet.What you will bring to the journeyYou will be a ‘hands on’ leader with a ‘Lead from the Front’ attitude to supporting your team. You will be committed to delivering the company mission strategy and goals and demonstrating the behaviours that are valued within the business.
