The role monitors critical shipments and parts and generates meaningful product, quality and claim reports. This role also includes documenting operational procedures and assisting the Operations Manager and colleagues as required.   To be successful in this role you will have had operational or administrational experience in freight, shipping or logistics with strong communication and information processing skills. You will be accurate, analytical, highly organised and time sensitive with advanced reporting and communication skills. This is a wide ranging role so flexibility, adaptability and resilience are required. Above all, a team player who can manage their tasks and add support to the wider team is required.
