Working within the senior leadership team and reporting to the CEO, our client is seeking a confident and dynamic Marketing Manager to develop, manage and execute marketing activities and the long term marketing strategy for the Company.
You will be responsible for leading the Marketing Team of 15 staff, who manage the design, visual merchandising and all customer engagement experiences including online. You will develop and guide staff to deliver effective marketing, promotion and advertising campaigns, always ensuring the Ballantyne’s brand remains strong in the community.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced people leader who can manage and motivate a talented team to achieve strategic objectives. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be imperative to successfully building solid working relationships with internal teams and external parties.
As the role is both strategic and hands on – you will need the vision and understanding about how all the pieces fit together, but also be able to dive into the detail to get initiatives delivered.
Driven to achieve, you will have a strong understanding of direct and digital marketing, ideally within a fast paced and competitive environment. You will have a strong background in customer engagement and retention strategies, as well as a relevant tertiary qualification. Strong analytical and project management skills, as well as an understanding of the retail sector, would be advantageous.
