Southland based and reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Manager, Client Support will have overall accountability for leading the Client Support, Analytics and Research team. This newly created role will implement the successful co-ordination strategies across the teams to improve client and clinical outcomes. This will be done through the utilisation of the organisation’s unique strengths and data sources, to deliver sustainable solutions in support of their rural clients and communities, and the organisation.
This will enable the senior management team and their teams to deliver co-ordinated strategic and day to day business outcomes.
- Work with senior Managers and clinical heads to develop and grow client service offerings and enhance client experiences
- Lead and Grow the capacity and capability of the Farm Services, Research and Analytics teams
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and practice alignment ensuring processes and systems are optimised
This role requires a down to earth, innovative individual who can authentically lead and influence. Building great relationships and enjoying a dynamic environment whilst supporting a high-performance culture will be key. You will have a strong empathy with the rural sector and be able to build credible relationships with clients and technical teams.
