Pivotal to this role will be your ability to investigate financial issues and ensure continuous improvement with additional responsibilities including monthly reporting and supporting financial modelling, data analysis, payroll and a variety of fundraising initiatives.Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have solid technical accounting and financial analysis skills, and be able to demonstrate the ‘hands on’ ability to manage the finance function. In addition, you will be able to analyse and communicate risk and opportunities, allowing the organisation to make informed strategic and operational decisions. A background overseeing a finance function with excellent relationship building and communication skills are essential to this role. The Role
