Further information can be found on their website http://www.anzcofoods.com/ Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will actively lead the organisation’s Logistics Planning Team based in Christchurch responsible for managing the load-out and transport of ANZCO’s products to domestic and export customers. Ensuring operational optimisation and costing efficiencies across the transportation and logistics functions, your team will work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and Documentation Teams as well as guiding the processing sites. Through partnerships with external parties and contractors, you will ensure delivery expectations and efficiencies are met and maximised where possible. To be successful ideally you will have a tertiary commerce or logistics/supply chain qualification, leadership background, strong analytical and organisational skills, with demonstrated communication, leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Inventory reporting, analysis and systems knowledge are required, as is experience handling significant multi-site export container volumes. You will have broad commercial acumen, foster a professional and collaborative work environment, develop internal and external relationships, and be able to positively influence and inspire others to follow.
