From first home buyers through to investors, their expert, award winning advisers are committed to helping their clients meet their specific investment goals. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide experienced insurance advice to Tony Mounce Mortgages’ clients and develop strong relationships to fully understand their requirements.  You will use your robust knowledge of the insurance industry to present solid Life solutions and risk advice to ensure referrals are converted effectively. As the primary point of contact, you will manage and develop relationships with existing clients and referrals and offer expert advice whilst meeting growth targets and providing the best possible client service.  You will be responsible for preparing and processing insurance applications and accurately updating the CRM database. In addition, you will liaise with and mentor internal advisers and other stakeholders to assist in the accurate completion of insurance applications and policies, including renewals and pre/post approval management. To be successful you will have experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial services environment. You will have a customer centric approach and excellent key account management skills, a solid understanding of a broad range of personal insurance products, exceptional planning and organisation skills and have strong attention to detail. Your ability to multi task, meet tight deadlines, work autonomously in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion is essential.
