Reporting to the General Manager you will coordinate a range of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, training, performance management and related documentation. A key focus of this new role will be creating strong people processes and effective workforce planning through the analysis of business needs, delivering creative recruitment strategies while dynamically managing active candidate pools.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong technical background with previous experience in a hands-on Recruitment and Human Resource role ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will have a down to earth approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business. You will be agile in the way you recruit and have experience creating innovative people solutions. Sound decision making skills, a dynamic approach to new challenges and a passion for building process will ensure the success of this role.
