You will influence and engage the team to safeguard everyone at work and embed a positive culture where people hold themselves and others to account for HSE. You will ensure the Job Safety and Environment Analyses and risk assessments are working well and oversee the maintenance of the Global Aliaxis NZ policies regarding health, safety and environment. While this is a full time role, some flexibility may be considered.Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior Health, Safety and Environment role. Practical experience of permit to work systems, JSEAs and risk assessments are essential along with the knowledge of how to apply ISO14001 in a busy manufacturing environment. Your outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence and engage with others will set you apart. You will also be resilient, have excellent attention to detail and be able to hold yourself and others to account.
