The RoleReporting to the CEO, this newly created role will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and champion the creative and strategic development and implementation VetNZ’s marketing, brand and communication activity. You will support the SLT and clinic network to activate and maximise community connection and commercial success. A key part of the role will be ensuring consistent branding and marketing activities of each business unit to ensure they are aligned with the overall company strategy. This role is responsible for designing VetNZ’s client strategies and implementing marketing activities across the organisation, as well as leading a small team. Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will be passionate about rural and regional NZ and can champion a customer and employee centric approach ensuring high quality outcomes.You will likely be a talented Marcomms or Sales & Marketing professional with the energy and drive to help grow the business. Any experience in Design Thinking would be advantageous. Your ability to maximise external agency partnerships and measure results is crucial as is your ability to lead a high functioning team in an environment where culture and values are key. You will have demonstrated commercial sector experience, be creative, strategic, analytical and have great organisation skills.
