Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based in Christchurch, you will be an integral member of the Global Marketing Team, collaborating across all three of the companies global brands driving brand consistency. Key to success in this role will be development of brand equity, working closely with in-market brand managers to ensure brand localisation is optimised. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated brand strategies that leads consumer change, builds brand affinity and delivers targeted growth. You will have proven experience developing a global brand identify, championing consumers preferences with global best practice processes and utilising research and data for decision making.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar leadership role with a global business, and experience developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
You will utilise your creative and innovative approach to understand what global premium branding looks like particularly in relation to curating premium brand collateral. A global mindset and international brand experience are crucial to be successful in this role and experience implementing strategy within a global premium FMCG landscape would be advantageous.
