In this role you will develop and implement strategies to ensure a sustainable and profitable return through the effective and efficient management of all properties within the portfolio. Leading a small, highly functioning team, you will develop property management systems, manage commercial leases, OPEX budget and reporting as well as maintenance programmes. Of equal importance will be the creation of sustainable stakeholder relationships with current and potential tenants and the communities the property portfolio operates within.Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate commercial success in a similar role within the property management industry ideally with exposure to retail, commercial or industrial sectors. This role includes a mix of both strategic and more tactical activities so you will be able to move fluidly between the two. The Role
